Please note that TERC conducts its annual review of accommodations tax reporting forms beginning in January of the year following the reports’ due date (for example, reports due October 1, 2024, will be reviewed beginning in 2025). These reports reflect activity from the prior fiscal year (for example, reports due October 1, 2024, cover activity from July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2024). The review process typically takes one year to complete, and special meetings are scheduled as needed to support this process and timeline. All TERC activities are conducted in accordance with S.C. Code Ann. §30-4-80(A), and meeting notices are posted below for public access.
